Rebranded Women Leaders in Business from a traditional networking group into a modern, values-driven professional organization for women leaders. The project included updated messaging, new digital assets, a modernized website, and ongoing social media management to reflect a professional yet approachable brand tone and attract new members.
What we did:


The group’s identity lacked a cohesive online presence, making it hard to attract younger professionals and communicate our mission. The brand needed structure, fresh visuals, and an efficient system for ongoing digital engagement.

We implemented a full brand refresh including a new logo, website, and visual identity system. I created shortcut-friendly templates for consistent social media and event branding, while managing all content and marketing as the board’s Marketing Chair.

With a clear, professional online presence and consistent messaging, WLIB has expanded its digital footprint and grown its member base. Our annual Bunco Membership Drive & Fundraiser continues to bring in new members and community donations with stronger brand recognition each year.

Below is an overview of the marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative deliverables developed to rebrand and modernize Women Leaders in Business’ presence, expand community engagement, and drive sustainable volunteer-led growth.


Responsible for developing Member Spotlight posts that highlight each Women Leaders in Business member’s company, offerings, and contact details for weekly recognition and community engagement.
Since 2023, I have been leading the creative direction for Women Leaders in Business’ annual “Come Grow With Us” membership drive and fundraiser, bringing the garden-inspired theme that our members voted on to life. Proceeds from this event are donated to a local non-profit that our members vote on, choosing a new recipient each year.
